• Shipping will be charged according to weight and method used
• International orders range between $20.00 - $50.00 based on carrier and weight.

Return Policy

Exchanges:

• All returns have a 15% restocking fee unless the item is being exchanged. There is NO restocking fee for exchanges.  
• All original packaging must be included with the item. The item must be in brand new, resaleable condition.
• All products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase and must have a Return Authorization Number. To obtain an authorization, You may call us toll free at 877-463-1343, or send me an email stating your name, why you are requesting a return, and what you would like to exchange it for.  Please include your telephone number.  We will write back or telephone you with further instructions. All products must be returned to our New York Store at: 400 Route 59 Airmont, NY 10952.
• We do not charge a restocking fee for bathing suits. They may be returned without an exchange as a special service to our customers.
• You will be responsible for the packing, postage and shipping of the item back to the store.  
• You will be responsible for new shipping charges.
• No refunds on shipping.

WIG Exchanges:  

• All original tags must be intact on the wig. If any tags are removed, the wig cannot be returned under any circumstances.
• The wig may not have been brushed, cut, or worn.
• All original packaging must be included with the wig. The wig must be in brand new, resalable condition.
• Any wig exchange request must be made within 7 days of the purchase and must have a Return Authorization Number. To obtain an authorization, You may call us toll free at 877-463-1343, or send me an EMail, stating your name, why you are requesting a return, and what you would like to exchange it for.  Please include your telephone number.  We will write back or telephone you with further instructions.  
• EXCHANGES ONLY  - NO REFUNDS.
• A restocking fee applies to each wig return.  The restocking fee will be $10, or 15% of the wig price, whichever is greater.
• You will be responsible for the packing, postage and shipping of the wig back to the store.  
• You will be responsible for new shipping charges.
• No refunds on shipping.
• RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ON THE BOX.  Any package without an return authorization number on the box will be marked "return to sender" and will come back to you.  Please get a return authorization number before mailing us back any item.
• One wig exchange allowed per order.
